XY2100S is a high-performance SoC based on narrowband IoT communication protocols with highly integrated and low power consumption. It’s designed to meet the needs of a variety of industry applications. XY2100S can be used as the main control MCU, using Cortex-M3 as the application core processor, with a built-in 4KB cache controller. It also has a completely open processor core and independent memory space. The fast wake-up response time and supporting for various low-power policies allows the XY2100S to replace external MCU chips. In addition,XY2100S has ultra-high integration, built-in RF switch and CMOS PA, integrated power management unit and LCD driver.
